Returning items to Essentials To Your Door

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with any purchase we will exchange it or refund your money - no problem.

We will refund you the price of the unopened product(s) upon receiving the item(s).
Items must be received in a resalable condition.


Opened items unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded.


Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product.


Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than yourself) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
Please contact our Customer Service department before sending anything back to us.  Call us toll-free at 866-434-4210 from 9AM to 4PM Mountain Time, or send an email to CustomerCare.  For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below -

1. Contact Essentials To Your Door Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return.  Call us toll-free at 866-434-4210 from 9AM to 4PM Mountain Time, or send an email to CustomerCare.

2. We'll give you a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address the box to -

3. Please send your return package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured.  Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.

4. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them.  Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you.  Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund.

Once we receive your Return package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). If you paid by credit card, we will charge-back the amount to your credit card -- if you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a check.  If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us. 

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.

Exchanging a gift you have received

We will gladly issue you an Essentials To Your Door Store Credit for the value of your gift.  Just follow these simple steps to exchange a gift -

1. Contact Essentials To Your Door Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to exchange your gift. Call us toll-free at 1-866-434-4210, Monday - Friday 9AM to 4PM Mountain Time.

2. We'll give you a Gift Exchange Authorization Number. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address the box to-

Returns/Refunds on Damaged Merchandise

Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
